Apply for and manage social services licenses, funding and programs in the Provider Hub.

What's in the Provider Hub

Today, the Provider Hub can be used for:

Child care licensing/certification
Child Care Assistance Program provider registration management
Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program participation
Enrollment and attendance tracking

The Provider Hub team continues to improve the tool and build new features. As we do so, more providers will get access. Check out the sections below for more details — including which features are available to which providers.

Licensing/certification
Use the Provider Hub to:
- Apply for a new license or certification
- Request changes to your license/certification information
- Request variances
- Submit information about caregivers/staff, including training and qualifications
- Get results of licensing visits and reviews, and respond to orders from your licensor
- Renew your license/certification and, as applicable, pay your renewal fee
- Add additional users to help manage your license/certification
Availability: Licensed and certified child care centers are required to use the Provider Hub for their licenses/certifications. Family child care providers will get access to the Provider Hub for licensing in summer 2025.

Child Care Assistance Program

Use the Provider Hub to register with the Child Care Assistance Program, renew your registration and report changes to your registration information. You can also choose to receive program notices digitally in the Provider Hub.

Availability: Provider Hub use for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is being rolled out to providers in phases. Check out Recent changes to CCAP provider registration process for details.

Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program

Complete your monthly application and annual Use of Funds Report for the Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program in the Provider Hub.

Enrollment and attendance

Use the Enrollment and Attendance feature to track the children in your program. It includes an option for parents/trusted adults to check their children in and out using a kiosk.

Other options: Connect your current child care management system (CCMS) to the Provider Hub (per vendor availability) or upload your enrollment and attendance data in a .CSV file.

Availability: Licensed and certified child care centers may use the Enrollment and Attendance feature. Family child care providers will get access when they are added to the Provider Hub. Check out News, updates and engagements: Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program for details.

Need help with the Provider Hub? Submit a support case when you're logged in to the Provider Hub or call 651-431-6075.

A local support team responds to cases Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Provider needs and experiences are important to improving the Provider Hub.

Systems Transformation initiative

The Provider Hub has been established as part of the Systems Transformation initiative.

This initiative is using technology to create more efficient, user-friendly and equitable experiences for social services providers, partners and government workers.
