Today, the Provider Hub can be used for:

- Child Care Assistance Program provider registration management
- Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program participation
- Enrollment and attendance
The State of Minnesota continues to improve the online tool and build new features. As we do so, more providers will get access. Check out the following sections for more details — including which features are available to which providers.

Anyone interested in learning more about the Provider Hub is welcome to attend. Topics may include recent Provider Hub improvements, tips for using the online tool effectively and new or updated resources. Attendees are welcome to submit questions during the session.
Release Notes
The State of Minnesota sends release notes after improvements are implemented in the Provider Hub — typically once or twice a month.
Release notes are emailed to Center Operators of certified child care centers and Authorized Agents of licensed child care centers.
Updates on Family Child Care Licensing Launch
Family child care providers are the next group to get access to the Provider Hub for licensing. The State of Minnesota continues to make progress on building family child care (FCC) licensing functionality in the online tool.
We send updates to family child care license holders through email.
General information is also available on the pre-recorded Provider Hub Information Line: Call 612-504-1298 to listen to information about the online tool. Currently, the information is available in English; the Spanish, Somali, and Hmong versions are being updated.

A local support team responds to cases Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The Provider Hub has been established as part of the Systems Transformation initiative.
This initiative is using technology to create more efficient, user-friendly and equitable experiences for social services providers, partners and government workers.
