Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal training

The Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal is the web-based system providers will use to submit and manage their enrollment records and requests for Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). There are two ways you can receive instruction on how to use the MPSE portal: brief online video tutorials that will walk you through specific MPSE features and live instructor-led training sessions that can be attended via webinar. In the instructor-led  training sessions, you will learn more about this program and how it will work. You will also learn about the many ways it will help you manage your own records.

On-demand videos

On-demand videos provide quick instruction on a concept or technique. It is best practice to watch the videos before attending a training or calling the Provider Resource Center for further assistance.

The running time is listed next to the video title and each video contains closed captions. Note: we have recently updated the MPSE User Manual and we will be updating the videos to reflect the changes. Please complete the short On-Demand Video Survey after you have watched a video so we can continue to improve and deliver effective provider training.

MPSE Portal Frequently Asked Questions

Please review the MPSE Frequently Asked Questions before calling the Provider Resource Center about your question in the portal.
