The Medical Assistance Rehabilitation Option includes two sets of mental health services that expand support and intervention services in the community.
Adult rehabilitative mental health services may help you expand your interpersonal skills, basic living skills, integration in the community and self-sufficiency.
Adult mental health crisis response services are available if you experience a mental health crisis or emergency. Services are to help you reestablish stable functioning, problem solve, lessening suffering, prevent unneeded hospitalization and loss of independent living and access needed ongoing supports.
These both are Medical Assistance State Plan services and available if you are eligible for Medical Assistance.
