- OGO Men's Acute Care — Men’s Acute Care is a 9 bed, culture based facility located on White Earth Reservation. In 2019 we will be expanding and offering 20+ beds.

- White Earth DOVE Program: Serves victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, dating violence, elder abuse, trafficking, and general crime to native and non-native women, men, and youth who live on or near White Earth Reservation. Crisis line: 877-830-3683.
Resource and Supportive Services: Support to White Earth Nation enrolled members on and off the reservation to help ease financial hardships; to provide assistance and support to elders to promote and maintain their physical and emotional health; and to provide housing for the homeless population.
- Geriatrics: Assists native elders on the reservation achieve the highest possible physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Homeless Program: Assists enrolled White Earth Nation members with either long-term or emergency housing issues.
- White Earth Urban Office: Services and support for White Earth Nation members residing in the Twin Cities urban area.
Vocational Rehab: Services for people with disabilities on the White Earth Reservation.
