MCO information for PCA agencies

When a Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) member enrolls with a managed care organization (MCO), the personal care assistant (PCA) provider agency needs to contact the MCO about providing services. The agency may contract with the MCO or get a temporary service agreement until the member can find a new agency. The procedures vary for each MCO.

The Managed Care Organization (MCO) PCA Resources (PDF) chart provides an overview and contact information for each MCO.
