NETStudy 2.0 System Maintenance

Below is a list of NETStudy 2.0 scheduled system maintenance. NETStudy 2.0 will be offline during these times. Unexpected outages are rare, but if one occurs, details will be posted below as soon as they are available.

All NETStudy 2.0 system features are now working as expected. A communication was sent out 1/6/26 regarding NETStudy 2.0 experiencing issues generating and updating Universal Enrollment Identification (UEID) numbers. This issue has been resolved. Study subjects should now have received an email from the fingerprint vendor, and providers can view the UEID numbers on the Applications tab of their profile. If a study subject did not receive an email notification from the fingerprint vendor, or if you need technical support, please contact us at dhs.netstudy2@state.mn.us or 651-431-6620.
