Approval criteria
- Patient must be 18 years of age or older AND
- Patient has had a skin test positive to short ragweed pollen AND
- Patient has tried and failed at least one drug out of 2 of the 3 following classes in the last 730 days: intranasal corticosteroids, oral antihistamines, leukotriene receptor antagonists OR
- Patient has tried allergen-specific immunotherapy injections in the last 730 days
Quantity limits
34 tablets per 34 days
