Financial Management Service Provider Resources and MN–ITS Training

In this training, you will learn how to:

• Review the Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Policy Manual
• Meet MHCP’s electronic billing requirements
• Use MN–ITS for the following:
  • Access your mailbox
  • Verify member eligibility
  • Submit a claim for CFSS services with a rendering CFSS worker
  • Check claim status
  • Copy, replace or void claims 
  • Retrieve and read your remittance advice

Sessions are available on the following dates from 9 a.m. to noon and include breaks. We will provide the same information on each of the following dates:

• Oct. 10, 2024
• Nov. 14, 2024
• Dec. 5, 2024

Before you attend a webinar session, you must be enrolled with MHCP as an FMS provider. 

DHS will send a memo to enrolled MHCP FMS providers with the links to register for the available training. We will send the memo to providers’ MNITS mailboxes and the memo will be titled: “Financial Management Service Provider Resources and MN–ITS Training.”

You will receive an email with Webex information immediately after you register. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders if you do not find this email in your inbox.

Participants will:

• Connect to the webinar from their computers and do not need special computer hardware or software. We recommend not to connect with your phone or tablet as you may not be able to see or use all the features of Webex.
• Log in to the webinar with your full name that was entered during the registration process.
• Communicate with presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session.

Participants need the following to attend the webinar session:

• Internet access
• Computer speakers or headset
