Sexual psychopathic personality program

    Sexual psychopathic personality programs are licensed under Minnesota Rules, parts 9515.3000 through 9515.3110 to provide treatment to persons who are committed or on a hold for commitment as a sexually dangerous person or a person with a sexual psychopathic personality.  The Minnesota DHS is the only provider that can be licensed as a sexual psychopathic personality program.  The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) located in Moose Lake and Saint Peter is currently the only sexual psychopathic personality program.
