DHS is seeking to Provide Innovative Solutions for People with Disabilities 
 
DHS, through its Disability Services Division, is seeking to provide innovative strategies to improve outcomes for people with disabilities, with priority for proposals serving people eligible for or receiving Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). 
 
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for up to two (2) years, from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2028. STATE may, at its discretion, extend the contract another 12 months and provide an additional one year of grant funding.
