DHS is seeking to provide School Based Services Mini Grant Application - School Based Services Implementation, Enhancement, and Expansion of Medicaid and CHIP Mental Health Services

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking applications from qualifying school districts to implement, enhance or expand a sustainable behavioral health services infrastructure within their schools. This grant program will provide "seed funding" to overcome barriers and develop the necessary framework for delivering and sustaining critical mental health services for students eligible for Medicaid reimbursement.

The term of any resulting contract is estimated to go through the end of State Fiscal Year 2026 (June 30, 2026).
