Special Needs Purchasing stakeholder meetings

Public meetings

Special Needs Purchasing is a unit within the Department of Human Services Health Care Administration and holds stakeholder meetings periodically during the year for seniors and people with disabilities in managed care.

Meeting registration and logistics

Register for upcoming stakeholder meetings using the Special Needs Purchasing meeting registration system.

  • Stakeholders may participate in meetings by telephone, in-person or webinar.
  • Registered stakeholders receive an email confirmation with the meeting date, time and location. We will send the webinar phone number and access link by email closer to the meeting date.
  • Stakeholder meetings may be held at the DHS Andersen building or at the DHS Lafayette building. Stakeholders attending a meeting in person at the Lafayette building must sign in at the Information Desk and provide the license number of the vehicle parked in the DHS visitor lot. Directions, parking and other transit information is available in this overview of the Andersen and Lafayette building locations (DHS-4023A) (PDF) and in this detailed view of the Lafayette building location (DHS-3980A) (PDF).

To request a reasonable accommodation for a meeting, please indicate you have a specific need when prompted within the Special Needs Purchasing meeting registration system. A member of the Special Needs Purchasing team will follow up with you by email.
