MMIS automation process for Jan. 1, 2019

Lead agency (counties and tribal nations) staff must refrain from adding or making changes to AC, ECS and EW service agreements from Nov. 26 through Nov. 30, 2018, or until DHS gives lead agencies the all-clear message. During this time, DHS will enter rates in MMIS and run the rate increase process on Nov. 29, 2018.

Staff may enter screening documents during this time. Please read these instructions carefully.

The MMIS automation process will change service agreements in different ways depending on the service. NOTE: The Elderly Waiver service agreements for South County Health Alliance (SCHA) members are not included in this MMIS automation process. No changes to those service agreements are necessary.
