MHCP Provider Resource Center

NOTE: In December 2021, to more accurately reflect its scope and function, the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) Provider Call Center became the MHCP Provider Resource Center. We are in the process of updating our content and communication channels to reflect the new name and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused during the transition.

Contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center or email Health Care Providers if you have questions about MHCP coverage policies and billing procedures provided to members. MHCP uses this email only for general inquiries and does not use this email to discuss case specific information. Email is not secure for transmitting private or protected information and unintended disclosure is a violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). If you have identifying data to share with MHCP, call the MHCP Provider Resource Center during the following times and phone numbers.
