Dislocated Worker Program

The Dislocated Worker Program offers employment and training services for eligible workers. Minnesota operates both a state Dislocated Worker program and a federal (WIOA) Dislocated Worker (DW) program.

Overview

While both WIOA and DW Program have similar eligibility requirements, the State DW Program has expanded eligibility criteria. Eligibility determination must be made by the program operator prior to a person's enrollment in the Program. All applicants must be allowed to receive an eligibility determination.
