Communication tools

We’re in this together

Helping people keep their health care coverage takes us all working together. Because the process is time-sensitive, we hope these tools will help you get the word out early to make the process smoother.

How to use these tools

This toolkit provides messaging and resources to use with Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare enrollees to raise awareness about renewals restarting in public health care programs, notify them when to expect their renewal to take place, and to remind them to watch for their renewal packet in the mail and complete it on time when they are up for renewal.

Available to download and share – a large assortment of videos about the health insurance renewal process. Videos are community-specific, in ASL, English, Hmong, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese, and come in 15- and 30-second lengths.
