Mor Vue serves as the Interim Assistant Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. In this role, Vue provides executive leadership and oversight for programs and policies that support older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals living with HIV across Minnesota.

Prior to her interim appointment, Vue served as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner and Director of the Fiscal Analysis and Results Management (FARM) Division, where she led data-driven initiatives to improve program outcomes, strengthen operational accountability and support informed decision-making across the administration. 

Vue brings over two decades of experience in home and community-based services, including direct service, waiver case management and supervision of multidisciplinary teams in nonprofit and local government settings. Her background in social services provides a strong foundation for her leadership approach, grounding policy and operational decisions in the experiences of the people, families, and communities served by DHS. Vue is committed to building strong relationships, fostering inclusive and collaborative teams, and advancing public services that are responsive and person-centered.

Vue holds a bachelor’s degree in child psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Leadership Certificate from St. Catherine University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
