Call the health plan if you:
- Already have Medical Assistance and you want to enroll in MSHO
- Have questions about covered services
- Need your care coordinator's phone number
- Have any other questions about MSHO
Call your county or Tribal worker if your eligibility for Medical Assistance changes.
