- People who are facing evictions or other household emergencies may qualify for emergency help. One program is for families with children in the household and another for adults without children in the household.

- Homeowner’s HOPE hotline is a national hotline with counselors available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Its phone number is 1-888-995-HOPE (4673).
- Minnesota Homeownership Center will help you find a foreclosure counselor.
- Report housing discrimination with The Minnesota Department of Human Rights website.
- Disability Hub MN is a free statewide resource network that helps you solve problems, navigate the system and plan for your future.
Help with energy cost is available
Renters and homeowners can apply for the Energy Assistance Program, which helps pay for home heating and water costs and furnace repairs for eligible households. Learn more and apply
