Pay Equity Systems Modernization
Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) has initiated the Pay Equity Systems Modernization project to enhance the operational efficiency, program administration, and overall customer experience of the local government pay equity program. The project will provide MMB with the resources needed to carry out discovery work focused on understanding the program from the customer’s perspective.
Impact
Expected outcomes include strengthened security measures, improved customer interactions, enhanced data and reporting capabilities, and necessary technology and system upgrades. These advancements will support 1,500 local governments across Minnesota and approximately 220,000 employees.
