Automated data sharing and income verification reduce manual errors and rework, helping households receive the correct benefits at the right time and minimizing disruptions caused by incorrect payments or follow-up requests.

For county and state eligibility workers, the solution reduces administrative burden and complexity by improving how MNbenefits, MAXIS, and notice delivery systems work together.
