This service offering includes the following: 

Hardware

• Hosting on a robust web hosting services architecture in a MNIT environment.
• Unlimited data storage.
• High availability with redundancy and failover. Storage backups are retained for 30 days.
• Backup and recovery, including a full disaster recovery plan.

Software

• Tridion enterprise web content management system that allows state staff to build, launch, and maintain their own websites.
• Tridion licenses and license management.
• Robust security protections and monitoring tools for system health.
• Software version control for enhancements.
• Accessibility standards that meet WCAG 2.0 standards and ARIA recommendations.

Support

• 24/7 monitoring for system functionality, resource capacity limits, network connectivity, status of the agency URL.
• Load balancing.
• Usage reporting. For customers who require more in-depth analysis of site traffic, the Web Analytics service offering is available for an additional charge.
• Patches and upgrades for the enterprise web content management system.
• Website publication migration from one release to another (website content maintenance is the responsibility of the agency).
• Templates and training for state staff to support website development.

This service offering includes the following:

Hardware

• Hosting on a robust web hosting services architecture in the MNIT Enterprise Data Center.
• Static Web Hosting service offerings are defined based on tiers of available storage. Each tier has a different monthly cost. The tiers are:
  • Static Hosting – Extra Small (less than 500MB of storage)
  • Static Hosting – Small (501 – 2,000 Mb of storage)
  • Static Hosting – Medium (2,001 – 5,000 Mb of storage)
  • Static Hosting – Large (more than 5,000 Mb of storage)
• High availability with redundancy and failover. Storage backups are retained for 30 days.
• Backup and recovery, including a full disaster recovery plan.

Software

• Robust security protections and monitoring tools for system health.
• Simple environment with storage for multimedia assets.
• Flexibility for hosting a variety of markup and web-based content.

Support

• 24/7 monitoring for system functionality, resource capacity limits, network connectivity, status of the agency URL.
• Load balancing.
• Usage reporting. For customers who require more in-depth analysis of site traffic, the Web Analytics service offering is available for an additional charge.
• Website publication migration from one release to another (migrating website content is the responsibility of the agency).
• Templates and training for state staff to support website development.

MNIT can provide a variety of support activities on an hourly basis as needed by agencies, including:

• Initial environment configuration.
• Branding and design, within enterprise templates.
• Information architecture.
• Enterprise web content management system training and support.
• Content management.
• Customized configuration of search capability and tuning.
• Customized templates for the agency website.
• Customized configuration of analytics tracking codes.
• Assistance with integration for a variety of applications or a path to navigate to applications if no integration options exist.

• MNIT strives to achieve the response and resolution times as stated in the Service Level Matrix. However, some elements of these services are dependent on vendor availability, support agreements and service levels.

• A service agreement is required for one-time professional services charges for website development, design, content migration, search customization, and any further customizations. These costs are separate from the monthly hosting costs. 
• Customers are generally notified three days in advance of a service update.
• In the case of a significant update where advanced testing of sites is recommended, additional servers are brought online so that users may test their existing code against the updated configuration.  Customers will be provided with guidance for testing and scheduling of the service upgrade will take customer needs into account.

• Agency staff are responsible for following state branding and accessibility standards.
• If agencies choose to use a custom domain name or custom subdomain, the agency is responsible to obtain, recertify, and manage those custom domains/subdomains.  Custom domains/subdomains will require a Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF).
