SAINT PAUL – The Minnesota Department of Administration announced today that the Minnesota State Capitol's Rathskeller Cafeteria will resume service on Monday, March 21 through the end of the 2022 legislative session. The Rathskeller will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Menus and a new online ordering app can be found at https://menu.taherfood4life.org/dining/capitolcafe.
The Rathskeller is located in the basement of the Minnesota State Capitol and operated by Taher, Inc.
