Judicial Center
The Judicial Center has reopened to the public for regular business hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; however, the public will not be admitted to attend in-person trials until a later, yet to be determined date. The Library is open by appointment only.
The building is located on the corner of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Cedar Street, east of the State Capitol Building. Public and disability access is at the main entrance off Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Boulevard. The doors facing Cedar Street are for exit only.
How to Get Here
- There are three (3) Light Rail stations located in the Capitol Complex including the Robert Street Station, just east of the Judicial Center.
- There are many parking facilities on the complex that include pay stations for visitor parking.
- Parking contracts are available for employees.
Access Information
The loading dock is located on the north side of the building.

The Rathskeller (Capitol) Cafe is open during legislative sessions only.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
The Centennial Cafeteria - OPEN
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
All other cafeterias on the Capitol Complex remain closed.
Catering service is available from Taher Capitol Complex Dining Services at 651-224-3004.
