Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Located on Robert Street between 12th Street and Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Public and disability access is at the main entrance on N. Robert Street, near the curved elevator wall at the southeast corner. The reception and security desks are staffed from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

How to Get Here

• There are three (3) Light Rail stations located in the Capitol Complex including the Robert Street Station, just east of the Freeman Office Building.
  
• There are many parking facilities on the complex that include pay stations for visitor parking.
• Long term parking contracts are also available.

Access Information

The loading dock is located at the Freeman Office Building, located on Columbus Avenue and East Central Park Place. Deliveries are accepted weekdays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Loading dock can accommodate straight trucks only; no semi-tractor trailers.

Cafeteria

The Transportation Cafe is open on a trial basis depending on volume of customer patronage.
Hours:    Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
                Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

The Rathskeller (Capitol) Cafe  is open during legislative session only.
Hours:    Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
                Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

All other cafeterias on the Capitol Complex remain closed.

Catering service is available from Taher Capitol Complex Dining Services at 651-224-3004.
