Manager Core Quarterly Trainings

OCDR delivers a quarterly training to all new State of Minnesota managers as part of Enterprise Talent Development's (ETD) "Manager Core" series. The content of this 3.5-hour training includes: understanding and working with conflict; developing a problem-solving mindset; understanding positions and interests; and developing effective communication skills. This interactive training includes small group work, scenarios, Q & A, and goal-setting. Since 2022, OCDR has trained more than 500 new managers on these skills.
