Stassen Building

Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

The building is located on Robert Street between 14th & 12th Streets. Public and disability access is at the main entrance on N. Robert Street.

All visitors must register with the front desk receptionist.

How to Get Here

• There are three (3) Light Rail stations located in the Capitol Complex including the Robert Street Station, just west of the Stassen Building.
  
• There are many parking facilities on the complex that include pay stations for visitor parking.
• Long term parking contracts are also available.

Access Information

The loading dock is located on the east side of the building, enter off Jackson Street.

Cafeteria

The Transportation Cafe will be closed during the 2025 Legislative Session.

The Rathskeller (Capitol) Cafe is open during legislative sessions only.
Hours:    Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
                Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

The Centennial Cafeteria will open for operation on Monday, January 6.
Hours:    Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
               Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

All other cafeterias on the Capitol Complex remain closed.

Catering service is available from Taher Capitol Complex Dining Services at 651-224-3004.
