The Judicial Center has reopened to the public for regular business hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; however, the public will not be admitted to attend in-person trials until a later, yet to be determined date. The Library is open by appointment only.
The building is located on the corner of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Cedar Street, east of the State Capitol Building. Public and disability access is at the main entrance off Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Boulevard. The doors facing Cedar Street are for exit only.
The loading dock is located on the north side of the building.
The Transportation Cafe is open on a trial basis depending on volume of customer patronage.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
The Rathskeller (Capitol) Cafe is closed. It will reopen again next year for the 2024 legislative session.
All other cafeterias on the Capitol Complex remain closed.
Catering service is available from Taher Capitol Complex Dining Services at 651-224-3004.
