• Buy Clean 2026 GWP Limits and EPD Disclosure requirements will be implemented for eligible state projects letting on or after July 15, 2026. For eligible building projects that will be in the Predesign Phase (agency planning, predesign – programming, predesign – site selection) on or after July 15, 2026, contact procurement.user@state.mn.us. For more information on project eligibility, covered materials, and program requirements, please reference the GWP Limits document and other documents on the Resources page
