Background

OCDR‘s Advisory Council is made up of dedicated, trusted advisors who advise, assess, amplify, and advocate for OCDR’s mission and vision. The Advisory Council is made up of members who represent public sector, private, nonprofit, and practitioner organizations. Each member provides a valuable perspective on the broader context for OCDR’s work.

  • Margaret Anderson Kelliher - Director of Public Works, City of Minneapolis
  • Tadd Johnson - Senior Policy Advisor, Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe; University of Minnesota Board of Regents
  • Roger Moe - President, National Strategies; former Senate Majority Leader, Minnesota Legislature
  • Kim Norton - Mayor, City of Rochester
  • Eric Pratt - Senator, Minnesota Legislature
  • Kathy Quick - Associate Professor, Center for Integrative Leadership, University of Minnesota
  • Julie Ring - Executive Director, MN Association of Counties
  • Simone Frierson - Policy Advisor, Governor’s Office
  • Dawn Torgerson - Deputy State Court Administrator

OCDR is seeking new Advisory Council members for two-year terms starting January, 2025.
