Signage Guidelines for the Capitol Complex

1. Signage Contractor responsible to comply with all ADA standards.
2. Signage Contractor responsible to review this document with state project team for applicability.
3. Signage Contractor responsible to review all fonts, colors, sign types and text with state project team.
4. Signage Contractor responsible to prepare full set of documents with sign type drawings, plans locating each sign, schedules and specifications. The enclosed document is for reference only.
5. Verify fabrication methods with approved signage fabricators prior to bidding. These standards developed with MINNCOR Industries.
