The period in which the state can contract with a vendor is limited by statute, requiring periodic issuance of new solicitations.  In addition, we are excited to bring forward new technology and program changes to better meet the needs of our users and vendor community.

Yes, if you wish to participate in the new program you will need to apply. Vendors will not automatically be granted a master contract under the MNSITE program regardless of their status under other master contract programs.
