Fleet and Surplus Services

Fleet Services provides centralized vehicle leasing and fleet management services to state agencies, supporting more than 2,300 leased vehicles across Minnesota. Services include vehicle acquisition and replacement, maintenance, fueling, insurance, telematics, utilization analysis, and vehicle resale.

We help agencies select the right vehicles for their operations, manage costs throughout the vehicle life cycle, improve driver safety, and make data-informed decisions about vehicle use and replacement. These services support Minnesota’s broader state fleet of approximately 15,000 vehicles.
