Request for Proposal for Master Contract for Building Commissioning (Cx) Services - T#2602A
The State of Minnesota through the Department of Administration's Real Estate and Construction Services are seeking firms for the Master Contract program for full building commissioning services. Services included Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Systems (MEP) and Building Exterior, including Roof. Projects will Vary in nature and scope. Most will involve projects of significant size and complexity; however, other services could be used, as needed during design phase, during construction phase, during Occupancy and Operations phase associated to a renovation, new construction and/or mechanical engineering projects.
The Master Contract for Building Commissioning Services program RFP will be available online throughout the five (5) year Master Contract period (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2030). Responses will only be accepted until April 30, 2030. Responses should only be sent via email per RFP instructions. Responses that meet the pass/fail qualifications will be awarded a Master Contract.
RFP for Asbestos and Other Hazardous Material Remediation Design services – T#2402B
The State of Minnesota (State), through its Department of Administration’s Real Estate and Construction Services (RECS), requests proposals and fee schedules from firms and individuals (Responder) to provide asbestos and other hazardous material remediation designer services which include but are not limited to remediation design, preparing construction drawings, and observation of abatement work.
The Master Contract for Professional Services of Asbestos and Other Hazardous Material Remediation Designers program RFP will be available online throughout the five (5) year Master Contract period (March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2029). Responses will only be accepted until October 31, 2028. Responses should only be sent via email to the email address listed in #4 below. Responses that meet the pass/fail qualifications will be awarded a Master Contract.
RFP for Master Contracts for Industrial Hygiene Services – T#2202A
The State of Minnesota through the Department of Administration’s Real Estate and Construction Services are seeking firms for the Master Contract program for Industrial Hygiene Services. Services included in the program but not limited to, project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. Services include on-site air monitoring and daily electronic log reports, site surveys, on-site and bulk material collection, sampling and analysis, recommendations, and reports for hazardous materials projects.
The Master Contract for Industrial Hygiene Services program RFP will be available online throughout the five (5) year Master Contract period (April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2027). Responses will only be accepted until November 30, 2026. Responses should only be sent via email to the email address listed in #4 below under “RFP for Industrial Hygiene Services Master Contracts.” Responses that meet the pass/fail qualifications will be awarded a Master Contract.
