Who Should Use This Site?

Assistive technology (AT) helps people of all ages with disabilities-- including older adults with functional needs-- increase, maintain, and improve independence at home, school, work, and in their communities.

The purpose of this site is to increase awareness of AT and provide information to help with the consideration, selection, acquisition, and use of AT, whenever and wherever it will be used.
