Reporting and Evaluation

State grantmaking agencies are stewards of public funds. Agencies are required to complete activities such as preaward risk assessments, monitoring, and evaluations as applicable by law to the grants and/or grant programs they manage. If there are concerns or issues that arise with a grant or grantee, state agencies have the responsibility to notify the Office of Grants Management (OGM). This page contains guidance and resources related for submitting grantee performance evaluations and notifying OGM of specific issues. Please note that notifying OGM does not replace internal agency requirements and responsibilities.
