Enterprise Real Property (ERP) Program Manager

The Enterprise Real Property (ERP) Program Manager is responsible for directing the state's enterprise real property efforts to meet State agencies' business needs and ensure the state's ARCHIBUS system and other system tools are maximized to meet enterprise objectives.
ERP is comprised of nineteen State agencies that have responsibility for managing real property. The governance structure for ERP was formed to provide a transparent, results-oriented collaboration responsible for and knowledgeable of facility management. The team:
- Analyzes common facility information to make effective enterprise management decisions
- Sets and monitors standards and performance goals for enterprise real property
- Communicates, supports, and sponsors legislative initiatives pertinent to property operations
- Maximizes State resources to support property management
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have experience with real property, including building operations, maintenance, and preservation, as well as experience developing and implementing enterprise policies, procedures, and standards involving real property portfolio management. Applicants should also have executive leadership experience and demonstrate the qualifications below.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Systems or other related Business or Systems Degree.
- Three years of advanced professional experience with real property, including building operations, maintenance and preservation, and developing and implementing enterprise policies, procedures and standards involving real property portfolio management.
- Applicants must have experience with:
- Project administration including designing, planning and establishing scope, costs and cost controls, and schedules; monitoring progress and evaluating project results;
- Total Infrastructure Facilities Management (TIFM) systems utilized to meet real property business needs;
- Delivery of presentations, group facilitation, and public speaking;
- Conducting policy and programs analysis, management analysis and fiscal analysis;
- Coalition building, resolving differences between competing or different positions and influencing the endorsement, acceptance and priority for positions and policy; and
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or graduate degree.
- Knowledge and understanding of state policy, rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Experience with the ARCHIBUS Total Infrastructure Facilities Management system as a business tool.
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) proficiency.
