ST. PAUL - The exterior lights of the Minnesota State Capitol Building will be darkened tomorrow, Saturday March 28 from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. as part of the City of Saint Paul's recognition of Earth Hour.
All of the Capitol's ornamental and up-lighting will be extinguished for one hour during the annual energy conservation event. All pedestrian and security lighting will remain lit during this time.
"We are pleased to join with the City of St. Paul for a fifth year in highlighting the importance of energy conservation and stewardship," said Administration Commissioner Matt Massman.
