Project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, air monitoring, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. Services include on-site air monitoring and daily electronic log reports, site surveys, on-site and bulk material collection, sampling and analysis, recommendations, and reports for hazardous materials projects. Projects will vary in nature and scope and will involve remodeling projects and facility audits.

Department of Administration Materials Management Division must sign work orders greater than $100,000.
Maximum obligation under a work order is $200,000 (includes any amendments).
