Recordkeeping Standard Update – Electronic Reporting of Injury and Illness Data

Last year Federal OSHA implemented a new rule that requires annual electronic reporting of injury and illness data. Please note that MnOSHA has not adopted the federal electronic reporting requirement at this time. We will notify all state safety personnel when the new requirement is adopted by MnOSHA. MnOSHA will also announce the rule adoption on their recordkeeping website.
