Parking hang tag and dashboard placard users:
To cancel your contract, you may come to our office during business hours and turn in your hang tag or placard.

You may mail the hang tag or placard to our office at the following address:

Please write "hand stamp" on the outside of the envelope and include a note with your request to cancel your contract.
Your cancellation request is effective when the hang tag or placard is received in our office.
Access badge users- Ramp F Upper or Ramp F Lower: Send an email to us at FMD Comments requesting to cancel your parking contract.
Anyone canceling their parking contract who later determines they would like to reapply for parking, will be offered a location with immediate assignments available and will need to complete a waitlist request for their desired facility. To check locations with immediate availability and waiting lists, please visit the Parking page of our website and click on the Availability tab.
To cancel your Metropass contract
Send an email to us at FMD Comments requesting to cancel your Metropass contract. You do not need to return your card to us.
