Parking and Transit Options

Due to challenges with physical distancing and temporary schedule changes, we recognize that mass transit is not currently working well for some of our Metropass contract holders. If you have an FMD Metropass and have a need for short term parking, contact FMD Comments.

Starting Monday, July 13, employees in the workplace in the Capitol Complex can sign up for temporary parking contracts in any one of the following facilities:

  • 14th Street Ramp
  • Administration Ramp, Level F
  • Andersen Ramp
  • Centennial Ramp, Green Level
  • Ramp F, Upper Levels
These temporary parking contracts are expected to be available through the end of December 2020.

FMD will hold current contract assignments for customers that decide to have a temporary parking contract closer to their workplace.  This allows customers the flexibility to be closer to their workplace, but return to their permanent parking facility when temporary parking contracts can no longer be accommodated.  Customers will pay the rate of the temporary parking facility.

If you are interested in one of these temporary assignments, bring your current hang tag to the Parking and Transit Office in Room G10 of the Administration Building.  You will sign a new contract and obtain a temporary parking placard to display in your vehicle.

Customers can continue to be on up to 3 wait lists and FMD will continue to offer permanent assignments as quickly as possible.

Contact FMD Comments if you have any questions.
