Saint Paul — Members of the public are invited to bid on a variety of surplus goods at a State of Minnesota auction on Saturday, October 6, 2018 in Bemidji, MN. The auction will include about 50 cars and trucks, motor graders, tractor backhoe, tractors, forklift, semi tractor, plow trucks, street sweeper, ATVs, Snowmobiles, lawn tractors, riding mowers, boat/trailer packages, canoes, boats, power tools, shop equipment, welders, air compressors, and much more. The auction opens for inspection and registration at 8 am. Bidding begins at about 9:30 am at the Beltrami County Fairgrounds located at 7223 Fairgrounds Road NW in Bemidji, MN 56601. All items are sold as-is, where-is; all sales are final and must be settled in full with cash or personal check the day of the auction. A government issued picture ID is required.
Convenient, quick and easy registration and bidding numbers are available online. The only requirements are a computer with an internet connection and a printer. Simple instructions are on the ‘Auctions’ link of the Surplus Services website, at www.mnsurplus.org. Current customers of the state’s MinnBid internet auction service can get a bidding card online in just seconds.
The state conducts about 12 surplus goods auctions each year and also sells surplus items continuously online at www.minnbid.org. An auction calendar for 2018 is available online at www.mnsurplus.org.
