The period between Memorial Day and Labor Day is infamously known as the "100 Deadliest Days" on Minnesota roads. Preliminary numbers from 2017 show 34% of traffic fatalities occurred during this time last year and speeding is often a contributing factor. Warmer weather brings us better road conditions but it also means more traffic, new drivers, pedestrians, bikes, and construction zones.
