The Department of Administration's Risk Management Division (RMD) is saving you and the state money this year by coordinating registration to the 2018 MN Safety and Health Conference on May 8-10, 2018.

State employees registering through RMD by the April 20, 2018 deadline will be able to attend at the early bird group discount rates as followed:

• Full three-day conference: $375
• One day – Tuesday or Wednesday: $225
• Thursday only: $150

The Minnesota Safety Conference offers a wide variety of safety sessions for all levels of your organization. Please encourage managers, supervisors, line staff and safety committee members to attend! Information gained at the conference can help your organization improve its safety culture and meet its MnSAFE injury reduction goals!

How to Register

To guarantee the discount, your registrations must be received by RMD by close of business April 20, 2018.

Steps to follow:

1. Follow your agency's conference approval process and purchasing policies.
2. Share the following purchase order and payment information with your purchasing staff:

3. Complete the two-page registration form (one attendee per form)
4. Create a note or email regarding accounts payable information to include: name, phone number, agency billing address and email address of person responsible for processing payment.
5. Send completed registration forms, P.O. and accounts payable information to James Kubisiak (James.Kubisiak@state.mn.us) or by fax to 651-297-5471.

An email confirmation will be sent within 2 business days of submitting your registration. Contact us if you do not receive a registration confirmation.

Note: Do not process payment to the MN Safety Council. The Department of Administration will invoice your agency directly.

Cancellations and refunds are only possible prior to close of business April 20, 2018.
