Electronic Reporting of Injury and Illness

Federal OSHA implemented a new rule that requires annual reporting of injury and illness data.

MnOSHA has not adopted the federal electronic reporting requirement at this time.

We will send out a notice when the new requirement is adopted by MnOSHA.

MnOSHA will also announce the rule adoption on their website.
