The Department of Administration's Risk Management Division (RMD) is saving you and the state money again this year by coordinating registration to the 2017 MN Safety and Health Conference on May 16-18, 2017.
State employees registering through RMD by the April 17, 2017, deadline will be able to attend at the early bird group discount rates as follows:
- Full three-day conference - $350
- One-day, Tuesday or Wednesday - $200
- Thursday Only - $150
Who Should Attend?
The Minnesota Safety Conference offers a wide variety of safety and health sessions for all levels of your organization. Please encourage the following individuals to attend the conference:
- Managers
- Supervisors
- Line staff
- Safety committee members
Information gained at the conference can help your organization meet its MNSAFE injury reduction goals!
How to register with RMD
Steps to follow:
To guarantee the discount, your registrations must be received by RMD by close of business April 17, 2017.
- Follow your agency's conference approval process and purchasing policies.
- Share the following purchase order and payment information with your purchasing staff:

- Create an accounts payable cover letter to include: name, phone number, agency billing address and email address of person responsible for processing payment.
- Send completed registration forms, P.O. and accounts payable cover letter to James Kubisiak at James.Kubisiak@state.mn.us or by fax to 651-297-5471.
