Note to State Agency Users
In accordance with Contract Bulletin 99-5, dated October 18, 1999, state agencies must obtain approval to use master contract lists. To obtain permission, your state agency's Contract Coordinator should contact Admin's Real Estate and Construction Services (RECS) team by email at recs.contracting@state.mn.us or by phone at 651-201-2550. Types of Contracts
- Asbestos and Other Hazardous Material Remediation Design Services
Services include but are not limited to remediation design, preparing construction drawings, and observation of abatement work.
- Industrial Hygiene (Air Monitoring, Surveys)
Project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, air monitoring, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. Services include on-site air monitoring and daily electronic log reports, site surveys, on-site and bulk material collection, sampling and analysis, recommendations, and reports for hazardous materials projects. Projects will vary in nature and scope and will involve remodeling projects and facility audits.
- Construction Testing and Inspection
Testing and inspection services to include geotechnical, concrete, masonry, structural steel, pavement, window/curtainwall, roofing/waterproofing, fireproofing/firestopping, Phase I and II Archaeological Resources Investigations, and Phase I and II Environmental Investigation and Remediation Services.
- Construction Auditing Services
Construction auditing services including but not limited to auditing of construction costs for work done under the Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method. Some may be for Design/Build or Design/Bid/Build. Most will involve projects of significant size and complexity. However, these services could be used, as needed, for such services as auditing of complex Contract Amendments, review of construction proposals, and assistance in development of construction RFPs.
