Saint Paul, MN — The Minnesota Department of Administration has issued a request for proposal to provide the food service on the Minnesota State Capitol Complex including the Minnesota State Capitol’s historic Rathskeller.
In addition to pricing, the solicitation invites vendors to propose innovative options for food service operations, including:
The Capitol Complex currently has seven cafeterias. The newly renovated Capitol will lead to expanded opportunities on the Capitol Complex, including after hours events at the Capitol and catering opportunities, which may include the sale of beer and wine.
