The Executive Council will hold a special meeting on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 9 a.m. in Room 318 of the State Capitol, 75 Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, St. Paul, MN 55155. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources' request to approve issuance of 31 non-ferrous metallic mineral leases as authorized under Minnesota Statutes, section 93.25, subdivision 2.
