Centennial Parking Ramp Repairs

As a part of Admin's annual ramp inspection and maintenance of the Centennial Parking Ramp, damage was discovered in the support cables on the Blue level in the fall of 2015. Although the damage did not pose an immediate danger, we moved quickly to make repairs that ensured a safe parking facility for our parkers.

As of February 26, we have completed the portion of repair work on the Centennial Ramp for which we have funding. Repair work remains on the remaining four parking bays. The Governor has recommended funding to complete the repairs in his bonding proposal. The funds are Admin's highest priority this session and the department is working with the Legislature to secure funding. In the meantime, no additional work will be done on this portion of the Centennial Ramp.

All Centennial ramp parkers displaced to Lot X by the repair work have been offered parking closer to their work location.

Parking in the ramp remains safe, and shoring will remain until repairs are complete.

We will provide further updates when they are available. Your cooperation and patience has been greatly appreciated.

We thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation as we complete this project. If you have any questions, please contact us at FMD Comments or by phone at 651-201-2300.
